Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and emerging platforms
• Produce high-quality videos, graphics and digital assets from concept to delivery
• Develop creative content and campaigns that resonate with young audiences
• Repurpose and optimise content to maximise reach and engagement
• Capture and create content from events, podcasts, interviews and youth initiatives
• Stay on top of social media trends and emerging formats, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to content creation

Requirements

• A committed Christian with a strong passion for evangelism and a clear alignment with Alpha's mission and values
• Demonstrable ability to create high-quality digital content, supported by a strong portfolio of video, graphic design and social media work
• Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, and the ability to produce engaging short-form content for digital platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to create high-quality graphics and digital assets
• A strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats and audience behaviours, with the ability to create content optimised for different channels
• Good visual design skills, with an eye for composition, typography, branding and digital storytelling
