MARKETPLACE GROWTH CONSULTANT (LMCE) LONDON INSURANCE WEEK 2026

Reporting To: Revenue Engineering Director
Duration: 12 Months · Immediate start
ABOUT LONDON INSURANCE WEEK
London Insurance Week 2026 returns to Central Hall Westminster (21–24 September), the room where the United Nations first convened, to host 2,500 senior leaders across insurance, pensions and national wealth. Become the deputy marketplace operator, learn the two-sided dynamics (members, providers, liquidity, take-rate) and, run member onboarding and provider outreach independently.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Membership: member sales → own onboarding of new Bronze/Silver members → support upgrade-ladder outreach (Bronze→ Platinum).
Supply side: research & qualify Ofsted-rated providers → run first-touch provider outreach → maintain the provider directory. Liquidity: track settled GMV and the 5% take-rate; prep the weekly liquidity report.
Retention: monitor member health/usage signals; flag churn risk to R2.
Support compliance/settlement admin across the clearing sequence (under supervision).
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Interest in marketplaces / fintech / SaaS / B2B growth (study, project, or prior internship).
Strong research, outreach and CRM-admin instincts; clear written communication.
Curiosity about unit economics (GMV, take-rate, retention).
WHAT YOU GAIN
You are able to: onboard members, run provider outreach, and produce the liquidity report.
You are able to: deputise on day-to-day marketplace operations and member success.
