Job Summary

Own the tooling and playbook to automate marketing and embed behavioural science through AI enabled tools, driving measurable efficiency and adoption; lead cross team change and embed lasting new ways of working.

  • Own the marketing tech transformation by building, testing, and embedding AI and automation that cut manual work and boost campaign performance.
  • Drive tool adoption and behavioural science grounded campaigns with campaign managers and cross functional stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You’ll identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and marketing technology to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, and create capacity for teams to focus on higher-value activity.
  • You will build the AI tools and deliver them to the marketing team
  • You’ll help evaluate, test, and implement new tools and capabilities, ensuring they solve genuine business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • You’ll measure and track the impact of transformation activity, including resource savings, cost efficiencies, adoption rates, and improvements in marketing performance.
  • You’ll bring forward ideas and recommendations that help marketing teams work smarter and deliver greater value.
  • You’ll work closely with campaign managers and marketing teams to embed behavioural science principles into marketing activity, helping improve customer engagement and campaign performance.
  • You’ll influence stakeholders across marketing to adopt new approaches, building understanding, confidence, and commitment to change.
  • You’ll act as a trusted partner to teams, helping them understand the value of new tools, methodologies, and ways of working.
  • You’ll ensure transformation initiatives become embedded in day-to-day activity and deliver lasting behavioural change.
  • You’ll help deliver the marketing transformation roadmap, ensuring initiatives drive measurable improvements in marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Marketing Transformation & Technology Experience: You’ll have experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, digital transformation, or a similar role focused on improving marketing effectiveness.
  • You’ll understand how marketing teams use technology and have experience implementing, embedding, or optimising tools and platforms that support marketing delivery.
  • You’ll have experience working with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or emerging technologies, and understand how to apply them practically to deliver business value.
  • You’ll understand the connection between marketing technology, customer data, insight, customer experience, and commercial performance.
  • Influencing & Change Leadership: You’ll have a strong track record of influencing stakeholders and driving adoption, particularly where success depends on changing behaviours rather than simply implementing technology.
  • You’ll be comfortable working with Campaign managers, and Marketing, Retail and Commercial stakeholders, helping them embrace new approaches and realise the benefits of change.
  • You’ll have experience introducing new methodologies, frameworks, or capabilities into established teams and ensuring they become part of day-to-day ways of working.
  • You’ll be confident challenging existing approaches constructively and helping stakeholders see the value of doing things differently.
  • How You Work: You’ll bring excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex ideas clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
  • You’ll have a practical, outcome-focused mindset and be motivated by delivering measurable results rather than transformation activity for its own sake.

Preferred

  • Experience applying behavioural science principles within marketing would be highly beneficial
  • Interest in developing expertise in behavioural science area and applying it to marketing
