Responsibilities

• Posting across our social media pages: Create, schedule and publish product posts on Born Brands International’s main page, as well as dedicated brand and product pages.
• Writing engaging product descriptions: Write short, clear captions that highlight product benefits, appeal to business customers and encourage people to find out more.
• Keeping our websites up to date: Add new products to our brand websites and help maintain existing listings, making sure descriptions, images and product information are accurate.
• Working with our creative team: Collaborate with our Content Creator and Graphic Designer to ensure posts and website updates use the right visuals and stay consistent with each brand’s style.
• Supporting our marketing activity: Help organise upcoming posts, support product launches and promotions, and suggest ideas to increase reach and engagement.

Requirements

• A good understanding of social media and an interest in using it to promote products and reach business customers.
• Strong written communication skills, with good spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to keep content and product updates on track across multiple pages and websites.
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and work closely with colleagues.
