Job Summary

Own the events and demand-gen programs that feed regional pipeline, with GDPR-compliant execution and cross-functional delivery across campaigns, product demos, and customer initiatives.

  • Events & Brand: Own the annual events program to strengthen brand and customer engagement.
  • Growth & Pipeline: Drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and nurturing programs delivering measurable MQLs, opportunities, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders to localize campaigns, demos, and customer initiatives while on time and within budget.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the annual events programme to strengthen Malvern Panalytical’s brand and customer engagement.
  • Drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and nurturing programs that deliver measurable business growth (MQLs, Opportunities, Revenue).
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver localized campaigns, events, product demonstrations, and customer-focused initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining GDPR and compliance standards.
  • Monitor, forecast, and report on marketing performance, optimizing tactics across webinars, campaigns, and digital platforms.
  • Contribute to the professional image of Malvern Panalytical and positively influence customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: BA or BS degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 4+ years in B2B marketing, with proven success in events, demand generation, and sales enablement.
  • Experienced in data-driven marketing strategy, planning, and budget allocation.
  • Strong communicator, able to influence stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels.
  • Culturally agile, with the ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, and continuously improve outcomes.
  • Knowledge of trends in B2B marketing; foreign language skills and non-English website experience are a plus.
