Job Summary
Own the marketing execution and content production for a property-focused marketing service, coordinating structured campaigns, multi-channel content, and lightweight creative assets while keeping operations tidy and shoot-day readiness.
- Marketing execution: support structured campaigns, content creation, and social media planning within brand guidelines.
- Content & channels: collaborate on content across platforms and email campaigns, aligning with a portfolio-backed system.
- Operations support: handle database, Airtable/spreadsheets, calendar coordination, and shoot-day logistics.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Support the execution of structured marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation & Brand Alignment: Create content following clear direction and brand guidelines.
- Content Marketing Across Channels: Assist with content marketing across multiple platforms.
- Email Campaign Support: Support email marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Planning: Plan and schedule social media content.
- Asset Creation & Portfolio Alignment: Create marketing assets aligned with existing portfolio examples and systems.
- Operations & Admin Support: Occasional shoot days.
Requirements
- Driving Licence and access to a car
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable following systems and processes
- Experienced with content and social media marketing
- Confident using Airtable, Excel, or similar systems
- Familiar with email marketing platforms
- Comfortable supporting video shoots and content creation
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to support a growing business
Preferred
- Video production and editing knowledge (Desirable)
