Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the marketing strategy
Support lead generation and new business growth
Work closely with Sales on campaigns and customer opportunities
Create compelling content, case studies and sales tools
Deliver campaigns across digital, email, PR, social media and events
Manage exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
Visit customer sites to gain insight and identify opportunities
Manage agencies and external suppliers
Monitor performance, measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to wider business decisions

Requirements

Marketing management experience within a B2B environment
A broad background across campaigns, content, events and customer engagement
Strong commercial awareness
Experience working closely with Sales teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved
The ability to balance strategy with execution
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, technical or related sectors would be advantageous but isn't essential
