Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Creating and executing integrated B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
  • Producing compelling sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, web content, and campaign materials.
  • Managing digital marketing activity, including website performance, SEO, PPC, and online engagement channels.
  • Leading social media strategy to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Planning, coordinating, and attending industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on ROI, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
  • Building and managing relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and creative partners.
  • Supporting internal communications to ensure colleagues remain engaged and informed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery and strategy.
  • Experience using marketing platforms, websites, email marketing systems, and Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital and print channels.
  • Experience creating sales and marketing assets including websites, brochures, presentations, and campaign materials.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise campaigns based on data and insights.

Preferred

  • Professional marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent) - desirable
  • Experience driving upselling and cross-selling activity - desirable
  • Experience working in education, training, skills, or professional services sectors - desirable
