Job Summary

Own Ecovision's marketing engine across digital channels, content, events and brand, with a focus on lead gen, campaign performance and cross-functional partnership.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Plan multi-channel campaigns, track performance, and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Content Engine: Create articles, case studies, blogs, and social posts while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Demand & Brand Collaboration: Manage email programs, support sales opportunities, and harmonize communications across touchpoints.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage and grow Ecovision's social media presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content including articles, case studies, customer success stories, blogs and social media posts.
  • Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns to support customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring information remains current and relevant
  • Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters and sales collateral.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting, recommendations and insights.
  • Support lead generation activities and work closely with the sales team on opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, printers and marketing suppliers.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive or similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, content marketing and social media management.
  • Experience creating and managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce engaging and professional content.
  • Experience using website content management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance data
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results within a flexible part-time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience within renewable energy, energy, sustainability, construction, facilities management or property sectors.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • CIM qualification or marketing-related degree.
