Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Analyse market data, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Oversee the organisation of campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms and traditional media.
  • Foster strong relationships with B2B partners to facilitate collaboration and maximise outreach opportunities.
  • Supervise the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and optimise future initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with organisational standards and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2B sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable project management capabilities with a track record of successfully delivering complex campaigns.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office suite, and IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership qualities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
  • Strong time management skills ensuring efficient workflow across multiple projects simultaneously.
