Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Turn first impressions into lasting loyalty by crafting standout onboarding journeys that help customers master their account, unlock product benefits, and feel confident using finance responsibly.
  • Own engaging lifecycle campaigns that bring new features to life, raise the creative bar, and keep our products front of mind at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Dive into campaign performance data, uncover actionable insights, and continuously optimise engagement, conversion, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate across Product, Partnerships, Data Analytics, Legal, Brand, and Creative teams to deliver seamless, customer-first campaigns and experiences.
  • Build strong retailer relationships by acting as a trusted marketing partner, driving joint initiatives that align partner goals with customer needs.
  • Deliver high impact campaigns that drive repeat spend and brand awareness — managing budgets, approvals, and cross-team collaboration while championing innovation across Marketing & Communications.

Requirements

  • Strong multi-channel campaign experience, including planning and executing marketing campaigns, building customer journeys, and supporting automated marketing programmes.
  • Creative campaign development skills, with experience taking ideas from brief through to final assets, working closely with creative teams to deliver engaging communications.
  • Data driven mindset, able to track performance, interpret key metrics, and clearly demonstrate the impact of marketing activity.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable working cross-functionally with teams such as Commercial, Data Analytics, Brand, and Legal, and thriving in a fast paced environment

  • Stay ahead of the curve by tracking industry trends and challenger brands across credit, banking, and financial services — bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking into every campaign.
  • Craft compelling, high-impact copy with a strong eye for messaging and design that cuts through the noise and makes communications stand out.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments, balancing creativity with strong governance and compliance awareness.
  • Get hands-on with HTML and platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, optimise, and elevate campaign performance.
  • Lead data driven test and learn strategies using tools such as UserZoom to validate ideas, uncover insights, and continuously improve customer experiences
