Job Summary

Own end-to-end marketing content creation and digital presence for a premium wine brand, with cross-channel campaigns, trade and consumer focus, and brand storytelling.

  • Lead visual and digital content across campaigns, trade marketing and brand communications.
  • Develop digital campaigns engaging trade and consumer audiences and optimise performance using analytics.
  • Maintain Bijou’s brand identity and ensure creative excellence across touchpoints.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of visual and digital content across campaigns, trade marketing and brand communications.
  • Update Bijou’s wine labels, occasionally creating new products and ranges.
  • Implement Bijou’s digital presence, including website management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement digital campaigns that engage both trade and consumer audiences.
  • Analyse marketing performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Support sales teams with compelling visual assets, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Manage and implement attendance and stand design at key trade fairs.
  • Manage photography and video projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and storytelling excellence.
  • Maintain and evolve Bijou’s brand identity, ensuring creative excellence across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field (2:1 or above preferred)
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Strong creative instinct with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom) and Canva
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media and analytics tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong written and visual communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience in wine, hospitality or premium/lifestyle brands
  • WSET qualification or equivalent
  • Photography, videography or art direction experience
