Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact and ambassador for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships across sometimes complex stakeholder groups
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping raise the standard of service across the team
• Help develop and deliver marketing strategies that drive engagement and retention
• Lead client meetings and presentations, and manage escalations calmly and proactively
• Concept and oversee compelling content and campaigns tailored to each client's goals
• Bring AI tools into your workflow where they genuinely add value — faster insight, sharper content, better client outcomes
• Take ownership of key client accounts, escalating to senior team members where needed

Requirements

• Experience in marketing and/or client account management
• Good leadership instincts and an interest in developing others
• Calm, confident communication, particularly when things get busy or stakeholders are demanding
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required)

Preferred

• Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
• Relationship management: 3 years (preferred)
