Job Summary

Own the end-to-end marketing function with a clear line to business outcomes, driving strategy, integrated campaigns, and measurement across channels while maintaining brand consistency and budget discipline.

  • Growth & Channel Strategy: set the plan, allocate budget, and align with senior leadership for demand and pipeline generation.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: create and coordinate blogs, newsletters, case studies, and visuals while optimizing SEO/SEM and paid campaigns.
  • Measurement & Compliance: monitor metrics, report performance, and ensure GDPR and advertising standards compliance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Lead search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and paid advertising initiatives to improve online visibility.
  • Create, coordinate, and oversee engaging marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Work closely with senior management to support business development and lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Experience planning and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance.
  • Experience using marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking combined with strong commercial awareness.

Preferred

  • Experience within media, digital services, business consultancy, or information services.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Understanding of website content management systems (CMS), including WordPress.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies and suppliers.
