Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Planning
• - Develop and execute the UK marketing plan aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
• - Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels and product categories
• - Translate EMEA strategies into impactful UK marketing programmes and activations
• - Generate market insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
• - Build business cases for marketing initiatives and customer investments
• - Act as the voice of the UK market within the wider EMEA organisation
• Commercial Partnership
• - Partner closely with UK Sales team to drive customer acquisition, category growth and revenue opportunities
• - Develop customer and channel marketing programmes aligned to commercial priorities and growth plans

Requirements

• A few years of experience in marketing, ideally in a commercially focused role
• Proven track record of delivering marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and make recommendations
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
