Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, digital advertising, and B2B channels
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Create and polish marketing materials, presentations, reports, campaign summaries, using the full Microsoft Office suite
  • Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, and support the team in meeting deadlines through strong organisation and proactive updates
  • Collaborate on B2B marketing initiatives to nurture leads, strengthen client relationships, and support business growth
  • Gather, interpret and present performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, suggest improvements, and report on KPIs
  • Contribute ideas in team meetings, communicate progress clearly to internal stakeholders, and support wider team objectives

Requirements

  • Fluent English, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for basic data analysis, reporting and trend tracking
  • Basic grasp of project management principles and strong organisational habits
  • Working knowledge of common digital marketing tools, platforms and social media channels
  • Passion to grow into leadership: you have the drive and vision to one day run and manage your own marketing department
  • Prior experience, study or coursework in marketing, B2B marketing, or data analysis is highly desirable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, curious, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your work
  • Must be based in London
