Job Summary

Own social content and channel growth for a local restaurant, balancing daily posts with trend-driven experiments to build brand presence and engagement.

  • Social channel ownership: manage and grow Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Content and campaigns: create posts and short-form videos, support promotions, and keep brand voice consistent.
  • Trend application and optimization: monitor engagement, apply trends creatively, and drive brand visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form videos)
  • Support development of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Work closely with the restaurant team to capture daily content
  • Monitor engagement and suggest creative improvements
  • Assist in building brand identity and consistency across channels
  • Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively

Requirements

  • Genuine passion for marketing, branding, and social media
  • Creative mindset with willingness to experiment and learn
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic understanding of social platforms (training can be provided)
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • No formal experience required—enthusiasm matters most

Preferred

  • Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
  • Interest in food, hospitality, or lifestyle branding
