Job Summary

Own multi-channel content and communications while turning feedback and data into clear takes that guide campaigns and internal messaging.

  • Content and copy ownership across blogs, social, emails, and customer comms.
  • Internal comms, campaigns, workshops, and ongoing SEO/PPC/site updates support.
  • Translate KPI signals from GA4, Sendgrid, and Pendo into actionable marketing insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Writing, editing, and proofreading copy across blogs, social media, email campaigns, and customer communications
  • Managing content calendars for our Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
  • Supporting proposition messaging and campaign development
  • Managing our customer review platforms (Trustpilot, Reviews.co.uk, NiceJob)
  • Drafting professional public responses to customer reviews
  • Monitoring feedback trends and escalating insights internally
  • Managing point-of-sale material orders and collateral stock levels
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and other platforms
  • Handling the marketing inbox and responding to internal enquiries
  • Creating and publishing internal content via our company intranet (Pulse)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
  • Multi-channel campaign delivery experience
  • Strong social media content creation skills (LinkedIn and Facebook)
  • Experience supporting internal communications
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid
  • A-level or equivalent qualification

Preferred

  • B2B marketing background
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or paid digital
  • Degree or CIM qualification in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms
