Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and secure commercial and domestic cleaning contracts.
• Build relationships with businesses, property managers, landlords, schools, offices and letting agents.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media platforms.
• Create marketing content and promotional materials.
• Network with local businesses and attend business events where appropriate.
• Identify new growth opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Work closely with the Director to expand the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in marketing, business development or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of social media marketing is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential.
