Job Description

Work in a supportive role with senior team members to help deliver global campaigns
Tasks range from establishing client relationships, attending meetings, and working on budgets to liaising with internal production teams
Work as part of a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team to interpret, develop and implement client briefs
Master LynxAI to enhance agency workflows and your day to day role
Help market campaigns in exciting and innovative ways to deliver against client objectives
Learn about the trends of the creative, health and pharmaceutical industry
Research and Insights: Analyse the landscape – websites, social media, and data trends; conduct category and competitor reviews; deep dive into understanding the behaviour and attitudes of our target audience
Strategy Development: Develop reports, present findings, and make recommendations that inform briefs
Creative Collaboration: Work with Client and Creative teams to translate insights into compelling campaign strategies
Winning New Business: Support pitches and new business development initiatives

Demonstrable experience or interest in communications
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proactive mindset with a creative nature
Professional, approachable and confident in sharing your ideas
Excellent initiative, lateral thinking and problem-solving skills
High level of attention to detail and passion for inspiring others
A keen interest in brand strategy, human behaviour, insight and creativity

Familiarity with AI tools in marketing
Experience or interest in healthcare communications (preferred)
Experience in client management or strategic thinking (preferred)
