Job Summary

Own the content and social engagement flow, turning ideas into blogs, case studies, and website updates while keeping campaigns moving across emails, events, and performance reviews.

  • Social and Community: Create content for LinkedIn and Facebook, manage channels, respond to comments, and spot growth opportunities.
  • Content Engine: Produce blogs, articles, and case studies that bring the brand to life and inform storytelling.
  • Operations and Campaign Support: Update website content, support SEO landing pages, and assist with email, events, and cross-functional marketing projects.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support a real mix of marketing activity, from creating social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook to helping manage our channels, respond to comments and messages, and spot new ways to grow engagement.
  • Write blogs, articles, case studies and other content, gathering ideas, insights and stories that help bring our brand to life.
  • Keep our website fresh and engaging by updating content, supporting SEO and landing pages, and reviewing performance to see what’s working well and where we can improve.
  • Support email campaigns, events, reporting and wider marketing projects — sharing ideas, learning as you go, and getting involved in work that makes a real difference to the business.

Requirements

  • A recent graduate with a Marketing, Communications or Business-related degree.
  • Someone with around 1 year's marketing experience looking for their next challenge.
  • Passionate about marketing and keen to build a long-term career.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivation, reliability and the confidence to take ownership of your work.
  • An understanding of professional workplace etiquette and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of social media, content marketing and digital marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a marketing role.

Preferred

  • Experience using WordPress, HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and website optimisation.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Experience creating content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exposure to CRM or marketing automation platforms.
