Job Summary

Own the end-to-end content engine for multi-channel marketing, turning complex product details into clear, on-brand content that travels from website and blogs to social, email, and campaigns.

  • Content Engine: Create on-brand content across website, blogs, social, emails, case studies and collateral.
  • Video & Asset Production: Plan and edit video content for social, site, campaigns, and internal comms.
  • Content Planning & Performance: Maintain the content calendar and use engagement data to inform future activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Create on-brand content for website, blogs, social, email campaigns, case studies and marketing collateral.
  • Plan, create and edit video content for social media, website, campaigns and internal communications.
  • Support development and management of a content calendar for consistent delivery.
  • Manage social media content including copywriting, scheduling and video assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to translate technical information into clear marketing content.
  • Support website content updates including landing pages and SEO-friendly copy.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and product launches, producing relevant content assets.
  • Monitor and report content performance and engagement to improve future activity.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a marketing or content-focused role.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience creating video content, including filming and basic editing.
  • Understanding of content creation for digital channels, particularly social media and websites.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Experience within B2B, software or technology sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • At least one day a week in the office and occasional ad-hoc travel for customer events and meetings.

  • Creative, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Confident communicator with strong collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
