Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing initiatives and communications, aligned to drive and execute the marketing strategy, to promote our ophthalmology services and products.
• Manage and create content for digital and terrestrial channels, including website, posters, leaflets, social media, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to produce educational materials and patient information resources.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging for each target audience.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
• Excellent communication skills, written, visual and verbal.
• Excellent eye for detail and accuracy of work.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics.
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willing to travel across our estate and self-motivated to engage directly with key influencers in our business, and patients, to create content for projects.
• Confidence managing projects and taking ownership of end-to-end campaigns.
• Passion for making a positive impact in healthcare.
• Key Skills: Experience of using Adobe & Photoshop to create print ready images, within brand guidelines.
• Key Skills: Experience of using WordPress to maintain and build websites, including copy writing, wire frame design, and browser compatibility / device testing.
