Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support influencer engagement across the portfolio, identifying relevant creators and managing outreach, bookings and ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate influencer visits, campaign logistics and creator communications with restaurant teams.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across social media channels, responding to comments, direct messages and customer interactions in line with each brand's tone of voice.
  • Monitor audience sentiment and escalate customer feedback where appropriate.
  • Own and manage the central marketing inbox, responding to enquiries and coordinating requests with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage and update brand websites across the portfolio, ensuring content, imagery, menus, events and key information remain accurate and up to date.
  • Support the planning and delivery of creative marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, working alongside the wider marketing team and external partners.
  • Assist with campaign coordination, asset management, timelines and launch planning across multiple brands.
  • Ensure all third-party platforms and listings, including Google Business Profiles, delivery platforms and restaurant directories, accurately reflect each brand through up-to-date imagery, menus and copy.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, partnerships, launches and brand activations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brand.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and the wider social media landscape.
  • Experience managing influencer outreach, partnerships or creator campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance data, reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing activity supports customer acquisition, retention and business growth.
  • A genuine interest in hospitality, restaurants, food, culture and premium consumer brands.
