Responsibilities

• Work to an approved budget
• Manage relationships with marketing agencies
• Analyse marketing performance and report on ROI
• Manage PR and create press releases to achieve maximum news coverage
• Manage our communication calendar and digital marketing channels
• Manage our Bluebird Care brand to ensure all activity reflects our premium standards, including engaging content and professional marketing materials
• Co-ordinate events and community engagement activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within health & social care or a service-led sector
• Strong digital marketing skills (inc. SEO, AEO, and content management systems)
• Experience in PR, design and content creation
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and creative skills
• Ability to work strategically while delivering hands-on tasks
• Commercial awareness and budget management skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (business use)
• Right to Work in the UK

Preferred

• A marketing qualification is desirable but not essential
