Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Assist in organising customer events, exhibitions, and distributor visits.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms and internal/external communications.
• Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Support email marketing campaigns and CRM activity using platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to support marketing planning.
• Maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation in line with business requirements.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the marketing and commercial teams.
• Support internal communications and branding initiatives.

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience of, or exposure to, marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or website content management systems.
• A working knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and email marketing campaigns.
• Experience supporting marketing activities, communications, events, or customer engagement initiatives.
• Ability to speak French/German
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
