Job Summary

Own the health tech content engine end to end, turning clinical detail into clear stories, while shaping an SEO minded, platform-aware content program that grows awareness and trust.

  • Content & storytelling: own blogs, case studies, social content, and video scripts that support business goals.
  • Performance & optimization: track content metrics across platforms and drive data-led improvements.
  • Brand & community: build a trusted health tech brand and grow clinician/partner engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling content (blogs, case studies, social posts, video scripts) that supports our business objectives.
  • Translate complex clinical or technical information into clear, engaging storytelling.
  • Own content performance reporting and optimisation across platforms.
  • Help build a distinctive, trusted brand in the health-tech space.
  • Create and support integrated campaigns to grow awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, style, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Foster engagement with clinicians, partners, and advocates in our community.
  • Experiment with new formats and trends to increase reach and relevance.
  • Apply SEO best practices to all written content.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced start-up
  • You're a natural generalist, happy to experiment, iterate, and learn on the go
  • Proven content marketing and storytelling skills
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and basic PR tactics
  • Comfortable analysing data and making performance-driven decisions
  • Deep interest in healthcare, innovation, and helping people
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and thrives on ownership
  • Growth mindset - you’re curious, resourceful, and constantly looking to learn
