Job Summary

Own the marketing and events plan execution, website updates, member comms, and social/content strategy; drive regional events and content creation while monitoring performance and tailoring campaigns.

Campaigns and events: planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns and events.
Content and channels: manage website updates, newsletters, social calendar, and online/print communications.
Engagement and outcomes: raise brand awareness, monitor social performance, and drive event attendance with post-event learnings.

Job Description

Support the Head of Communications and Marketing with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns and events
Be responsible for keeping the website up to date and accurate
Developing monthly newsletter to keep our members informed of new events and encourage them to avail of their membership benefits
Create communications both online and print which highlight the services available at our HQ
Set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement across social media channels
Create and maintain our social media calendar and updating this in line with changing business priorities
Liaise with general managers to correctly promote specific offerings, promotions and events
Plan, create and schedule content including visuals and captions
Monitor and report on performance on social media
Organise and coordinate marketing of regional events for our members in locations throughout Northern Ireland
