Job Summary

Own the seasonal campaigns and the social/content engine across channels, ensuring brand alignment and measurable impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Plan and execute seasonal Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities around key retail calendar events through integrated campaign series.
  • Support the development of marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Create campaign concepts that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness through creative initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Create and oversee the weekly social media content plan across all channels.
  • Create and manage photography, video, and graphic content for social media.
  • Develop engaging social campaigns that promote products, services, and brand storytelling.
  • Write scripts, film, and edit social media video content.
  • Monitor content performance and make recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Ensure content remains aligned with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
  • Capture and create content during in-store events, brand activations, and external events where required.
  • Plan, design, and deploy email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo.
  • Develop campaign content that supports online sales and customer retention.
  • Create seasonal and promotional email campaigns in line with the marketing calendar.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control across all email communications.
  • Design seasonal in-store POS materials and promotional print campaigns.
  • Create digital web banners and marketing assets for ecommerce channels.
  • Produce creative assets for paid social advertising and brand campaigns.
  • Adapt campaign creative across multiple customer touchpoints while maintaining consistency across channels.
