  • Coordinate with designers, videographers and internal stakeholders to track performance and assets

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Content Executive, you will create engaging, audience-focused content that supports our fundraising, supporter engagement and brand objectives across digital and offline channels.
  • Specifically, you will write, edit and adapt content for campaigns, supporter journeys, emails, web pages, social media and printed materials, ensuring communications are creative, consistent and tailored to different audiences.
  • Working closely with Marketing, Fundraising and Donor Experience colleagues, you will develop content for supporter journeys, appeals and stewardship, helping to increase engagement and donor income and strengthen supporter relationships.
  • Additionally, you will:
  • Support case study development and story gathering
  • Brief designers and videographers where required
  • Set up campaign tracking and accurate tagging across channels
  • Maintain marketing content and support our asset register
  • Assist with supporter and fundraising events

Requirements

  • Proven marketing and fundraising copywriting and proofreading experience across web, email, social media and print
  • Experience of collaborating across teams, such as Fundraising, Communications and Programmes
  • Experience of working within an agile framework, including familiarity with scrum and sprint methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with technical expertise in marketing copywriting
  • The ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Confidence using project management and content scheduling tools
  • A degree or equivalent professional experience
