Responsibilities

• Creating content across a range of internal communication channels
• Managing and developing our intranet, colleague app, newsletters, and other colleague communications
• Leading the production of our quarterly The Exemplar Buzz magazine
• Delivering communication campaigns that support colleague engagement, organisational change, learning and development, and recognition initiatives
• Working with colleagues across the organisation to share stories, celebrate success, and promote key messages
• Monitoring engagement and using insights to continuously improve communications
• Your day to day will be varied with an overall responsibility for all of Exemplar Health Care’s communications and content

Requirements

• Experience in an internal communications, communications, marketing, or similar role
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience creating engaging content for different audiences and channels
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Confidence building relationships and working with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience using digital communication tools and Microsoft 365
