Job Description

Responsibilities

  • lead content creation and platform growth for a new social enterprise, while linking into our existing charitable activities
  • hands-on role focused on producing high-impact content across social media accounts
  • help to shape brand voice and be involved with creative execution and strategy, building engaged communities, and delivering measurable results
  • planning and producing content, leading videography (filming, directing, editing), and managing end-to-end social media campaigns
  • analysing performance, optimising content, and ensuring all activity aligns with wider marketing and business objectives
  • proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth
  • comfortable maintaining clear messaging while adapting tone and style where needed
  • on-site regularly to capture real-time content and bring fresh ideas to life

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth
  • Creative and data-driven—able to spot trends, generate ideas, and use performance insights to continuously improve content and campaigns
  • Comfortable behind the camera as well as in editing, with solid videography skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, confident working independently and taking ownership of workload
  • 18½ hours per week
  • Based between Creswell and Ilkeston initially
