Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content engine for a charity focused on autistic communities, combining on-site videography with data-driven optimization to grow engagement and deliver measurable impact.

  • Content and video ownership: plan, shoot, cut, and optimize video and static content across social channels.
  • Social campaigns: end-to-end execution from concept through performance analysis and iteration.
  • Community and brand influence: build engaged audiences while aligning creative work with broader marketing goals.

  • On-site regularly to capture real-time content

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands
  • A strong understanding of what drives engagement and growth
  • Confidence behind the camera as well as in editing, with solid videography skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere
  • Ability to be both creative and data-driven, able to spot trends, generate ideas, and use performance insights to continuously improve content and campaigns
  • Willingness to be on-site regularly
