Own the social content engine for a regional autism charity, turning brand voice into engaging campaigns that grow communities and prove impact.

  • Content Ownership: Plan, create, and ship video-driven social campaigns across platforms.
  • Performance & Optimization: Analyze data, test creative, and iterate to lift engagement and alignment with marketing goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end social content creation across channels with a hands-on emphasis on video first campaigns.
  • Shape brand voice, contribute to creative strategy, build engaged communities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Plan and produce content, lead videography (filming, directing, editing), and manage end-to-end social media campaigns.
  • Analyse performance, optimise content, and ensure activity aligns with wider marketing and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate proven experience managing social media accounts for brands with strong engagement and growth instincts.
  • Be confident behind the camera and in editing using CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
  • Balance creativity with data driven decision making to improve content and campaigns.
  • Maintain clear messaging while adapting tone and style for different platforms.
  • Stay highly organized, work independently, and own your workload.
  • Be willing to be on-site regularly to capture real-time content and bring fresh ideas to life.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands with a strong understanding of engagement and growth.
  • Confident behind the camera and in editing with CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
