Job Summary
Own the charity’s marketing and communications strategy and execution with hands-on leadership, focusing on CRM-driven audience understanding, cross-team collaboration, and 3k annual participants.
- Leadership: line manage the Communications Officer and coordinate with programming, finance, bookings, and operations to align messaging and campaigns.
- Audience and data: leverage the Zoho CRM and user data to tailor priorities and improve engagement with mindfulness, nature, and events.
- Community reach: grow authentic relationships with participants and expand the range and number of people engaged.
