Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content that reflects the Auryn brand.
• Develop monthly content plans and campaign calendars.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow our audience.
• Track performance and use the data to make recommendations and improve results.
• Capture content within the studio, including piercings, tattoos, jewellery, client experiences, behind-the-scenes content, artists, and team features.
• Coordinate photoshoots and dedicated content days.
• Repurpose content intelligently across multiple channels.
• Work closely with our piercers, tattoo artists, and wider team to identify stories, transformations, educational content, and opportunities to showcase their work.
• Update website content, services, promotions, blogs, and imagery.

Requirements

• Have experience managing social media for a business or brand.
• Are confident creating photo and video content.
• Have strong copywriting skills.
• Understand Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Have experience with or an understanding of email marketing.
• Have a basic understanding of SEO and website management.
• Are highly organised and able to work independently.
• Are naturally solution-oriented and comfortable problem-solving.
• Are results-focused and interested in understanding what is actually driving growth.
• Are comfortable reviewing performance, learning from what doesn’t work, and adjusting quickly.
