Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support content and campaign initiatives for senior banking audiences across multiple channels
  • Draft and edit content, including white papers, briefs, web copy, emails, and social media posts for banking audiences
  • Support campaign execution across channels by coordinating timelines, creative assets, and stakeholder input
  • Partner with brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reporting for internal stakeholders
  • Use campaign performance data to inform content and channel decisions
  • Maintain content calendars and support day-to-day content production workflows

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, with experience supporting content and campaign initiatives for senior decision-makers
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for senior executives and technical financial services audiences
  • Ability to translate complex topics, including credit, risk, and compliance, into clear and engaging narratives
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver against deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior internal stakeholders across brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and subject matter experts
  • Experience managing campaign timelines and deliverables, analysing campaign performance data, and using insights to inform content and channel decisions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
