Job Summary
Own short form content and creator ops for a skincare brand in Germany and the UK, with fluency in German and English guiding both markets.
- Content & Community: Build and optimize IG and TikTok content, trend spotting, and community engagement.
- Creative & Ads: Shape Meta Ads scripts from audience research to performance angles and manage UGC production end-to-end.
- Brand Ops: Edit video to brand specs, keep cross-market ad docs tight, and coordinate with creators, partners, and internal teams.
Job Description
- Content Engine: Run Instagram & TikTok content - planning, posting, trend-spotting, community management.
- Performance Ads: Contribute to Meta Ads scripts, from audience research to performance creative angles.
- UGC & Creator Ops: Manage UGC production end-to-end.
- Content Creation: Edit video to our brand spec.
- Marketing Ops: Keep ad documentation tight across both markets.
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Coordinate with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Operations & Logistics: Handle invoicing and order/shipping with our logistics team for UGC and partner work.
