Responsibilities

• Designing graphics, social media assets, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
• Supporting the wider team with campaign delivery across digital channels
• Helping to prepare client presentations, proposals, and creative concepts
• Editing and adapting imagery, layouts, and video content to brand guidelines
• Contributing ideas in creative brainstorms — we want your voice in the room
• General marketing support across accounts as the team needs

Requirements

• Genuinely confident with Adobe Creative Suite — particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. This is the core of the role, so we'll want to see examples of your work
• Real creative flair — an eye for design, layout, and what makes content stand out
• A keen interest in marketing and a hunger to build a career in the industry
• Self-motivated and organised — you'll be working from home most of the week, so you need to manage your own time well
• Strong attention to detail

Preferred

• A degree in marketing, design, media, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio of work)
• Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects)
• Familiarity with Illustrator and Photoshop, social media scheduling tools, or basic web content management
