Responsibilities

• Assisting in the coordination and delivery of local marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Gathering market research and keeping an eye on competitor activities across the region.
• Drafting simple, accurate copy for promotional materials, newsletters, and digital communications.
• Coordinating with print suppliers and external vendors to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Tracking key performance metrics across active campaigns and updating weekly reporting dashboards.
• Organizing visual assets, photography, and brand materials in our central database.
• Supporting the planning and coordination of local marketing events and regional briefings.
• Collaborating with the broader operations team to align promotional activity with business priorities.

Requirements

• Strong written English skills with a sharp eye for spelling, grammar, and formatting.
• High organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines without losing track of details.
• Curiosity about consumer behavior, local market trends, and brand positioning.
• A proactive approach to learning new software tools, analytics platforms, and design tools.
• Confidence communicating with internal teams and external suppliers.

Preferred

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, retail, university projects, or social media management is a plus, but not essential as full training is provided.
