Job Summary

Build and coordinate mid level campaign delivery across brand and retail activities, aligning creative, briefs, and milestones with cross functional teams and agencies.

  • Campaign orchestration: support end to end delivery across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Channel briefing: ensure clear, customer focused briefs across channels and assets.
  • Cross functional collaboration: work with PR, Social, CRM, eCommerce, Digital and Commercial to deliver joined up campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across brand, seasonal, service and category activity, helping to keep activity organised and progressing smoothly across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Support with briefing campaigns across channels, making sure activity is clear, consistent and customer focused.
  • Work closely with the in-house creative team and external agencies to support the development of campaign assets.
  • Assist in turning campaign ideas and insight into clear, simple creative briefs.
  • Support the coordination of campaign activity, including timelines, feedback and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with teams across PR, Social, CRM, eCommerce, FOH, Digital and Commercial to help deliver joined up, through the line campaigns.
  • Help manage relationships with external media and creative agencies, supporting with briefing, feedback and production where needed.
  • Get involved in the production of brand and campaign assets, such as photography, video, radio and occasionally TV, supporting from brief through to final delivery.
  • Use performance data and insight to help review how campaigns have performed and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the team, including raising / receipting purchase orders, meeting coordination and general organisation.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a marketing, campaign delivery or retail/agency environment.
  • Good understanding of customer-led marketing and how campaigns support commercial and customer objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative judgement, with the ability to assess ideas and outputs against brand, strategy, insight and commercial goals.
  • Confident communicator with experience working across teams and engaging stakeholders at different levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, supporting the delivery of different projects.
  • Proactive, curious and resilient mindset with a focus on learning, improvement and problem solving.
  • Some commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to shaping customer-focused ideas and propositions.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, to support campaign delivery.
  • Experience working with media agencies and understanding of the media planning and buying process (desirable).
