Job Description
Location: London - Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
Contract: 12 months
Rate: Up to £420 per day, Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced Manual QA Engineer with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to join a major enterprise transformation programme within a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, regression, integration, UAT and end-to-end testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Test customer onboarding, lead management, marketing automation and customer service workflows.
- Validate Customer Insights - Journeys, including customer segments, email campaigns, triggers, consent management and marketing journeys.
- Test Dataverse entities, Power Automate flows, Business Process Flows, Forms, Views and Security Roles.
- Validate Dynamics 365 configurations, customisations and integrations with downstream systems.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test data and traceability documentation.
- Identify, document and manage defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
Essential Experience
- 5+ years' experience in Manual QA/testing, with significant hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
- Strong testing experience across Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Customer Insights - Journeys.
- Experience testing customer journeys and marketing automation, including triggers and consent management.
- Good knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, Business Process Flows and Security Roles.
- Strong experience designing test cases and managing defects using Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
