Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across ICPs and regions, ensuring clarity and competitive differentiation.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for all launches, defining objectives, channels, KPIs, and commercial impact.
  • Drive the launch moment end-to-end, partnering with Product, Growth, Brand & Content, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Define and manage the structured campaign handover to Customer Marketing, enabling sustained lifecycle adoption and expansion post-launch.
  • Develop high-impact sales and customer enablement assets (pitch narratives, battlecards, demo messaging, objection handling).
  • Measure and optimise launch performance, tracking adoption, activation, pipeline influence, win rate uplift, and expansion revenue.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing product marketing team motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs
  • Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development
  • Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations
  • Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation or performance marketing
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth across multiple regions
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution and funnel optimisation
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate work with multiple departments and regional stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, structured and detail-focused in approach
  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and regional leaders
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and motivated by ambitious growth targets
  • Self-managing, proactive and accountable
  • Strong independent decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
