- Develop and maintain performance frameworks, dashboards, briefings and data packs aligned to programme priorities, milestones and outcomes.
- Work with colleagues across the council and partner organisations to turn data into clear insight for senior officers, programme boards and workstream leads.
- Provide the insight, reporting and evidence base needed to support effective programme delivery.
- Help build a clear evidence base showing what is known, what is not known, how delivery is progressing and where risks, issues or emerging trends need attention.
- Develop reporting and insight products that support each stage of the programme from discovery through to planning and implementation.
- Ensure key decisions are informed by reliable data, clear evidence and timely reporting.
- Be confident working with services, programme teams and senior stakeholders to identify gaps in knowledge, trends and risk.
- Have advanced Excel skills.
- Have experience of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Have a good understanding of performance management, benefits tracking and evidence-based decision-making.
- Be skilled, organised and collaborative.
- Be able to work independently and respond quickly to changing priorities.
- Communicate complex information in a clear and accessible way.
- The role is offered on a fixed-term contract or internal secondment basis until July 2028.
