Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Product Marketing strategy and execution for capabilities within the DeepL Translator product line, defining how the world understands DeepL’s value and differentiation.
  • Inform the product roadmap by distilling market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable requirements.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities and foundational research into clear, outcome-driven messaging that differentiates our core offerings from the rest of the market.
  • Lead the planning and execution of global product launches, coordinating across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to drive awareness and user adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to provide global revenue teams with the training and assets needed to position our products effectively against competitors and measure how consistently they win.
  • Partner with marketing and Revenue teams on a unified strategy that drives platform awareness, demand creation and long-term user retention

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Product, or Revenue, with at least 4 years in B2B Product Marketing.
  • A full-stack PMM who can move seamlessly between high-level strategy, competitive positioning and tactical revenue enablement.
  • Proven success in driving go-to-market strategies for complex technologies or platform-level products.
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to translate highly technical concepts into narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
  • High level of comfort navigating ambiguity and using data-driven insights to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working with product development, research, and sales teams.
  • AI native, comfortable using AI tooling to scale your own work and a deep curiosity for how language technology is evolving for the enterprise.
  • Fluency in English and a passion for languages and communication.
