Job Description

Responsibilities

Editing engaging short-form video content for social platforms
Creating both polished branded content and reactive, trend-led social assets
Repurposing long-form content into bite-sized social clips
Adding captions, graphics and motion elements optimised for mobile viewing
Supporting content publishing across key social channels
Writing social copy and assisting with content planning
Keeping up to date with trends, platform updates and cultural moments
Monitoring content performance and helping identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

1–3 years' experience in a social, content, digital or editing role
Strong video editing skills, ideally using Premiere Pro
Understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
A good eye for storytelling, pacing and audience engagement
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in social media, content creation and digital culture
