Job Description
Responsibilities
- Adapt and localize marketing materials while ensuring compliance with Global brand guidelines
- Develop local marketing plans and support sales activity through collaboration, presentations and customer communications
- Take ownership of local marketing calendar / campaign schedule and co-ordinate trade shows, exhibitions and customer events
- Manage local social media, email campaigns and digital communications
- Support customer engagement initiatives and internal communications where required
Requirements
- Degree in marketing, communications, business or related discipline
- Demonstrable experience in a broad, hands-on marketing role preferably within B2B, retail or technology sectors
- Experience across digital marketing, events, communications, lead generation and sales support
- Proven experience managing external stakeholders including European or central marketing teams, agencies, suppliers and marketing platforms including CRM
- Strong organisational, project management and communication skills
- Proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
- IT literate including Microsoft Office, CRM and digital marketing and creative tools
Preferred
- Event and exhibition management experience preferred
