Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
• Support the creation of compelling content including photos, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience
• Help coordinate public relations activities by drafting press releases, managing media contacts, and organizing events or collaborations
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to connect with followers authentically
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing techniques to inform campaign planning
• Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and campaign concepts
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising or a related field
• Strong interest in fashion industry trends and digital marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Experience or familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
• Basic understanding of public relations principles and practices
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
