Own the agency governance and delivery for Cancer Research UK’s media and creative work, owning budgets, scope, performance, and risk across campaigns.

• Commercial governance and agency performance across media and creative partners, ensuring on-scope delivery and campaign risk management.
• Oversee annual scopes of work, control scope creep, and maintain a single source of truth for spend vs approved scope.
• Lead contract management, cost tracking, audits, and governance frameworks to ensure briefs, timelines, and CRUK quality standards are met.

• Significant experience managing media and creative agencies within complex organisations, either client-side or agency-side
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing multi-million-pound budgets, scopes of work and cost frameworks
• Deep understanding of media planning, buying and creative production processes, including associated cost drivers
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capability to track spend and analyse variance
• Ability to build and manage senior stakeholder relationships, influencing across internal teams and external partners
• Proven experience setting up and improving processes, combining strategic thinking with operational delivery
