Responsibilities

• Influencer & Affiliate Support
• Support the Team with day-to-day coordination of athletes, creators and affiliates
• Suggest, report and work on influencer outreach, onboarding and relationship management
• Coordinate gifting, product sends, tracking links, discount codes and campaign logistics
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and reporting documents
• Help brief athletes and creators on campaign deliverables and content requirements
• Assist with sourcing new talent aligned with the Vanquish brand and community
• Liaise with agencies, influencers and internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Monitor influencer content and assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking
• Social Media & Brand Support

Requirements

• Passionate about fitness, gym culture and the lifting community is a must!
• Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social trends
• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working collaboratively across different teams

Preferred

• 1+ years experience within a marketing, social media, influencer or creative support role preferred
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is beneficial
• Interest or experience in influencer marketing, social media or production is highly desirable
